What we did
We mainly constructed the electrical switch bay, control building and staff house to access the distribution line in substation. We do the installation for all civil, electrical and mechanical work. We have ordered the major equipment from aboard so it was challenges for us during the pandemic period globally. We did our best to deliver the goods in time.
End Results
The project is still on track with the target date and cost along with project scope, though project hide a lot of unforeseen risk, project team has overcome the impact of risk by the effective mitigation plan. Quality continues to produce the required quality to achieve the goal of international standards within the specified time frame.
